Deposit, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

I like to explain the reasoning behind the cancellation and rescheduling policies so that they don't seem arbitrary, and they then may be respected....)

-Distance Reiki/Over the Phone Energy Healing: No deposit required for- Skype/Zoom/FaceBook/Google Meet/FaceTime/Video Messenger/Telephone/Email appointments.  Kindly reschedule no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session, in order to allow others to schedule a healing session in your place. 'Pick your price' appointments scheduled online will require a $24 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is non-refundable if there is a cancellation, but will be applied to the purchase price if you need to reschedule, it is collected to secure your scheduled time and encourage a commitment to health goals.

-Loveland location: I request a $30 deposit on all appointments scheduled at the Loveland location for new non-established clients, payable online or by credit or Venmo. The deposit is applied toward the purchase price. This deposit will be non-refundable if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled at ANY time. This is due to the fact that I pay for the room at this location once it is booked for you, regardless of whether we meet or not. Please be mindful of this when scheduling, cancelling and rescheduling your appointments. If there are concerns or questions about the deposit or cancellation/reschedule policy please contact me.

-Fort Collins location: I request a $30 deposit on all appointments scheduled at the Fort Collins location for new non-established clients, payable online or by credit or Venmo. The deposit is applied toward the purchase price. This deposit will be non-refundable if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. This is due to the fact that I pay for the room at this location once it is booked for you 24 hours before our scheduled appointment.
