Cancellation Policy

Deposit, Cancellation and rescheduling policy: -Distance Reiki Sessions: please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before scheduled session if needed in order to open up scheduling to another person in need of reiki healing. 'Pick your price' sessions require a $24 deposit to reserve your spot. -Loveland location: for appointments not paid for in-full in advance I request a $30 deposit on all appointments scheduled at the Loveland location for new non-established clients, payable online or by credit or Venmo. The deposit is applied toward the purchase price. This deposit will be non-refundable if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled at ANY time. This is due to the fact that I pay for the room at this location once it is booked for you, regardless of whether we meet or not. Please be mindful of this when scheduling, cancelling and rescheduling your appointments. If there are concerns or questions about the deposit or cancellation/reschedule policy please contact me. -Fort Collins location: for appointments not paid for in-full in advance I request a $30 deposit on all appointments scheduled at the Fort Collins location for new non-established clients, payable online or by credit or Venmo.
